"This place has the best view of downtown from the other side of Tagaytay. Been here countless times just to witness the sunset while sipping a cup of Kapeng Barako. Filipino menu of course and the serving size is big (good for 3-4). Bulalo and Kare-kare are my favorites."

"The stunning view of the valley and city from above made eating at RM bulaluhan (tagaytay -casile rd) a pleasurable experience, probably the place is 400 feet above sea level, the cool wind and breeze specially before evening, starts to change the mood and atmosphere of the restaurant. The bulalo is good while it's hot, there are good dishes to choose from, staff are courteous. The drawback is that they don't serve true brewed coffee and pastries which are perfect for the cold weather, after eating delicious bulalo. Highly-rated restaurant for me."
